That's why our floating breakfast experience includes a carefully curated menu, giving you the freedom to customise your meal to perfection. Choose from a variety of egg preparations – whether you prefer the lightness of egg white omelette, the fluffiness of scrambled eggs, the richness of poached eggs, the simplicity of boiled eggs, or the classic appeal of fried eggs, we've got you covered.
For added flavour, select your extras from a tempting array of options, including grilled mushrooms, crispy bacon, roasted tomatoes, and beans. Complement your meal with a selection of breads served with butter and marmalade or indulge in cold cuts and cheese for a more continental twist.

You can reserve your floating breakfast at the hotel's reception. Please place your reservation one day prior to enjoying the floating breakfast, or provide us with at least 2 hours' notice after completing the floating breakfast menu form. This ensures that you can fully savour the best floating breakfast experience. The floating breakfast is available daily from 8:00 to 14:00.
