We hope our hotel’s facilities are adequate to cover your needs and fulfill your expectations.  
We struggle to have guests returning home and telling friends and relatives that they had a great time in Zakynthos.
If sometimes we cannot handle your requests it is not because we do not want to. It is because we are not able to.
It is our priority to keep you satisfied and we give big effort to succeed on that.
 
Here are the most frequently asked questions from our guests:
 

FAQ: Why do I have to pay for air-condition / safe box?

Because of the nature of our agreement with some of our affiliated Tour Operators.  Price competition does not allow travel companies to include extra services in the accommodation rate such as air condition.  
For that reason this is charged extra, as they are unable to include it in the package rate. Unfortunately it does not come out of our initiative.   This is always mentioned in our hotel description in travel brochures and web sites. 
 

FAQ: Why the all-inclusive stops at 11:00pm and not later?

This is a part of our agreement with Tour Operators.   We have to operate the all inclusive 12hours / day. Recommended hour is until 11:00pm. This is always mentioned in our hotel description in travel brochures and web sites.  
 

FAQ: I arrived with an early morning flight.
I have to check out at 11am.  Why i cannot keep my room for longer?

In order to check in as soon as you arrive in the hotel and not wait until check in time which is at 12 pm, your  tour operator books your room from the previous night. This is a common practice of tour operator’s operation dealing with early morning flights.   
 
As a result, you have to check out by 11am the day before you depart.  This is always mentioned in travel brochures and web  sites of tour operators and you should be informed in advance by the travel company you have booked with.  In particular, your tour operator is obliged to inform you prior to your arrival in the hotel that your departure date changes because of this action. 

As a solution our hotel can offer you upon availability a room for half stay at a minimum cost.  As we realize this inconvenience, our hotel offers you an extension ( at no extra cost)  of your all inclusive services until the time you depart to the airport.   In case our hotel do not have availability, we will do our best to find alternative accommodation for you in a nearby hotel at the same cost.
